Quilt Top Finished . . .

Now how to quilt it??

I think Janet O's (over at Rogue Quilter) wonderful quilting esthetic is rubbing off on me!!  I just finished this darling quilt top as a sample for the little kits I have put together. . .

. . . and since this one is going to be for me - yiks, what a concept - I thought I would play around with some FMQ.  Any ideas on how I should quilt this little cutie??

I don't know what I have to do with the fact that you made a wonderful quilt top! I love the bold graphics and the red, white, and blue-ness of it!
You could go so many ways with the quilting (SITD, diagonal grid, a design on each block, or an all over flowy design juxtaposed over the angular pieces), but I know feathers would look great in the border! : )

Oh Kris, this one is just wonderful - wonderful fabrics, wonderful blocks, wonderful colors!!! WOW!!!! I was told once, that when you are deciding on quilting designs - let the quilt "tell" you! Other advice - if the piecing is straight lines then curved quilting lines add dimensions! I love feathers and they would be lovely in the border!! What ever you decide it will be one to be proud of!!

Blessings!
